If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it. You must contact the USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS. Any lost, stolen,nor damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.


Also mail that is returned as incorrect address will have to pay additional shipping to be resent out.
